Prowler > Phils, Crooked is a sweet opener

20 show gap for JaJunk ended. Longest ever since it was introduced, beating a 19 show gap in early 2019.

These recordings are unlistenable

Coach done messed these all up.

I’d say there were a lot of preoccupying sound priorities that took precedence over the stream quality. sad tho

I’d guess he didn’t have his normal board either but the recordings have been a big problem for a while now

They were way better this year. I think he finally got his shit together last fall because I remember a stark contrast between stuff from last August, and the recordings from September and ever since.

I imagine the soundboard for Mexico was rental gear and from what @bluish has said seems like it was a logistical challenge with the on site crew.

Love this OB

I’m obsessed with the Wife Soup chorus vocals lately since it used to be a 3 part harmony with Kris/Joel/Jake and Kris and Jake aren’t there right now. Scotty seems to have taken on Kris’ parts but he doesn’t sing them as loudly or confidently as Lead Tenor I Kris Myers. I think Jake was singing the chromatically descending part which is a bit dissonant and the part that really makes that harmony interesting. Natalie was playing that part on her trombone in this show.
