First set started off slow for my taste, but once we got to Hiccup things really picked up! Butter smooth segue into Exit Signs. Front Porch segment was so damn good I can let the Free Ballin’ slide. Scotty seems to be playing with more power and excitement compared to when I last saw them in September. Got Your Milk felt much closer to how Kris played it compared to other early versions in 2025. 1348 was the tune you could notice Myers missing the most, felt slow and less energetic than I’m used to for the second half. I’m sure he will figure out how to take songs like that to 11 over time, for being only 50ish shows in he’s kicking ass!
Had damn near dead center and was loving the light rig all night. I actually think I prefer Ben over Waful now.
My very best friend Asa, who I’m sure I’ve mentioned before, he and I both love Attachments. If we were a couple it’d be “our song” and have been chasing it at a show we both attend for so long. It was SUCH an awesome feeling.
Best back to back weekend of UMs shows I’ve seen yet.
I never really dug into exit signs. After watching the show, I got really hooked on the song. that is really beautiful. Just wanted to share. Cheers y’all! long live Humphrey‘s motherfucking McGee.
