I woulda been fine hearing AIT, mulches, HBB, bridgeless, glory and slacker but it’s nothing I can’t live without. Here’s to waiting another 7 years to see them down here!
I’d been kinda bummed that I didn’t do this run (family stuff got in the way), but based on what I’m seeing in these setlist threads it looks like I dodged a bullet.
I especially feel bad for the Austin crowd who FINALLY got a show that wasn’t cancelled and it’s a pretty meh affair.
Not like defending this awful looking run, but honestly they were probably still zonked from the trip. Saturday all I did was sleep. I can’t imagine traveling and doing a 3 or 4 nighter. But they should have probably planned better.
Finally listened to this yesterday, and this is the most standard-sounding show I’ve ever heard. Nothing is egregiously bad, but every jam sounds exactly like what a generic jam in that song sounds like and is very short. I agree that Puppet is probably the best one.
