Song selection pretty decent at least
Famttachments. LFG
Is this so what?
1000 ways?
Tease, and then Ringo @DiabetesCOLE, it was either so what or 1,000 Ways. My memory of 3/24/07 is hazy.
Man what a show
Definitely 1,000 Ways
A bit of an actual 1st Ringo jam
Got to be kidding me
Hahah hell yes
Very happy they played a full show for you all after the monitor issues
This show was fucking great!!!
I wonder if the technical issues will affect rhe recording being posted
Band played til about 12:30am. Can’t remember a later show ending that wasn’t a festival or New Years. Felt like things were disjointed at the beginning of the 2nd set but got worked out and the band found their groove. That 3rd set was awesome and I’m exhausted.
Good on First Ave and the crew/band for making it work
It’s up on nugs.
No real comments in the past couple days but this second set is actually super worth checking out.
-All In Time has one of those quirky goofy prog dance UM riffs that only UM can make around the 6:00 mark, and the entire jam centers around that for a few minutes before going off into more typical but excellent dance-based exploration.
-Attachments ends in a 1000 Ways jam, yes, but that’s only a 2 minute section of a nearly 11 minute excellent jam centered around a hypnotic patient bass groove.
-Ringo has a real first jam, and it’s a good one! Love that funk/uplifting bounceback. 2nd jam is much more standard and I don’t like it as much, but it keeps the party going at least.
Glad UM was able to put together a nice set for this crowd after the unfortunate tech issues to start the show. The first set is…fine, everything’s just a bit rushed. Hiccup and Dump City are pretty solid microjams actually. Good show - best of the run.
Nothing about small strides. My memory was that small strides and dump were highlights. Haven’t listened to anything yet though
Definitely my favorite of the 3, then Thursday then a big jump >>>>>> Friday
Lololol let the Friday hate flow through you.
I haven’t really relistened to friday yet tho
