I guess I’m seeing Billy Strings on 2/6-2/8 and 2/14-2/16.
I say “guess” because part of me feels guilty for leaving someone else to put the kids down every night (largely the “wife”) and slightly because I think I am always less pumped for night 3 of a 3 night run. Some of this is silly self-talk around responsibility and deservedness etc etc so that’ll be interesting.
So I’m simultaneously getting really excited but also curious to see how it goes logistically and energetically for me.
Also probably going to get weirdest for me on Fri 2/14, and am taking my SIL for Saturday 2/15. She kinda sucks so I’m curious to see how I handle it.
(I probably have some extra GA tickets for sale on Sunday 2/16)
Hopefully it’ll be a positive experience for you both and can grow closer. Honestly wasn’t too close with my sister in law until I moved in with them for a few months and did some things with just her and not my brother. Plus, hey if she’s annoying then at least you got some billy music to listen to

I have 3 day passes for both weekends. I think I am unable to sell individual nights. I maybe could give a friend my phone and have them get in?
Yeah, it’ll be interesting. Some nights solo, some with friends, some nights getting weird.
First weekend I have seats, which also isn’t my preference.

I’m already assuming that she won’t like having GA tickets but it is what it is. She just discovered at about age 40 that she likes weed so I can get her high at least. And I assume that the floor won’t be too oversold so that she can find some pockets of space on the side at least.
Oh hell yes, White Denim just announced a Denver show in May at Ophelias. Been waiting so long to see them for the first time.

Only tickets I ever had to one of their shows got covid canceled. Have missed em every other opportunity since. Might use this as a good excuse to do dinner and a show in the balcony at Ophelias. Been wanting to do that for a while.
The shows arent on WD’s site yet so unsure if a larger tour is being announced
