Show was wonderful! His voice is still top notch and he can hit the high notes perfectly. His band and the stage setup / visuals were great. The new stuff translates to the stage so well. You’ll love it.
Cake puts on a great show. Would love to see them again.
wow this place rocks. next summer we gotta come out for a show.
I saw the Gigantour there with Dream Theater, Megadeth, and Symphony X forever ago.
Saw that tour, too. Seems like 2 lifetimes ago.
It’s so cool and not a bad seat in the place. Short lines. Couldn’t hype it more.
Ehh well then you’d have to set foot in Ohio
Saw Odesza Saturday. Meh. Incredible production, but would it kill you to learn some transitions? Has jam banding ruined me? Bonobo live was incredible though.

Oh man, I didn’t know Dan was touring and turns out he came to a small venue in Milwaukee that’s one of my favs.
Someday
I got miracled a ticket to Beyoncé in Kansas City at Arrowhead October 1st. Lemme know how the show goes…
Explosions in the Sky tonight. Never seen them.
Have a blast dude. They slay
That was a pretty good concert. Didn’t exactly blow my mind, but it was good.
i saw Mighty Poplar (bluegrass) in the Grey Eagle. packed and eager crowd.
thought it was real good, interesting to see the differences in how they kinda hold space around the single mic versus billy strings (largely billy, but his band to a lesser extent) playing outward to the crowd
if that makes sense.
Is Billy playing here this weekend?
I’d love to see that group. Really like the mandolin orange songwriting and it’s hard to beat Noam and Chris from punch bros.
I appreciate the one mic thing, but don’t really like it live in most contexts
It’s Dopaday DC
Biscuits
Yes. They even had the lasers at First Ave.
