Never seen em before and they are one of the girlfriend’s favorite bands so definitely gonna try for tickets Friday:

They put on a good live show. Quite a bit more lively than their mellow chill studio stuff.

They played a 90s West coast hip hop medley when I saw them a year or two ago. Really solid live show. The band is super tight. Nails their compositions and play some creative type 1 jams

I only saw them on Jam Cruise but I think that was the perfect setting to see them. They are playing ATL when I’m at Holidaze so I won’t be seeing them again anytime soon.

They are fantastic poolside chillin music.

I saw them 4(?) Years ago in a tiny alt venue in Texas, now they’re playing for Paul McCartney and at Red Rocks with no support. What a wild ride for this young band!

Yeah, I saw them open for Chicano Batman a few years back, and only ~kinda~ knew their sound from a track or two a friend played for me. We walked out of that show as fans. Chicano Batman played a great set also, but Khruangbin pretty much stole the show that night. I look forward to seeing them play a headlining spot. I’ve heard those shows are even more loose & patient.

It’s very cool that other bands/musicians are taking notice of them, and they’re getting some big time exposure. Pretty sure they play on a track on that newest Paul McCartney album, if I’m not mistaken, which would make them opening up shows for him seem fitting.

I hope they don’t get too big too quickly, then turn into something more poppy & draw big crowds of lame, annoying concert goers.

I can’t believe they’re done touring after this. And the only SF show is fucking Outside Lands which has the worst lineup ever.

Hell yeah. This one’s gonna be good.

We’re pretty set on the Seattle shows but I really want to swing the Greek. Always wanted to go there.

Also stoked on how my list is shaping up. Never thought I’d have 14 shows on the calendar by this time of year.

Oh hell yeah, Frankie & the Witch Fingers just announced too

Edit: Nvm turns out it is the same night as Julian Lage and they are the opener. Probably gonna pass on that.

Same night as MMJ. Dammit! Next night in Sac though. Could very well be worth the trip.

Oh shit and The Toadies are opening? I listened to that album a ton back in the day while slamming pogs and playing Magic.

Do you know anything about Toadies or Reverend Horton Heat? I haven’t heard of either. If they are worth checking out then I might skip the Lage show since I’ll be seeing him the night prior, but not sure if that is worth it.

Vice versa, Witch Fingers are the opener

That actually makes more sense but not what I want.
