I respect people whose love for music spans into such a tangible form. Their tastes are usually better than mine and it is super cool watching them vibe and spin tracks. Always have been a fan of good radio for the same reason.
Also that song weight watchers is so good. love disco and funk adjacent music

You just hit the nail on the head on why I worked at/ran a community radio for a few years. Being around people who were passionate about music as much or more so than me was such a growing period for me post college.

Just discovered Donnie Ray a few months ago on some late night local radio. 90.9 for those Chicago folks… jazz in the daytime, blues in the evening and soul/disco at night. Most of the time at least… Anyways, these are certified bangers.
