Amazing
So much about this scene makes me cringe. The culture of the fanbase, saying bands “fuck,” which bands rise to the top and which ones never do, the standard of journalism, the style of humor, the phony positivity, the drugs, the lack of support for the little guy, the shirts and hats and overall aesthetics of bands trying too hard to be cool. I get so burnt out and jaded on everything that makes the scene tick.
