Some people just say “God Bless” as a sign off. I have a blues musician friend who managed a bar, drank, did drugs, smoked cigarettes, and never went to church to my knowledge but was still a deeply spiritual person and said “God Bless” to everybody. It’s like their version of take care or be well. I always thought it was a little odd coming from him though.
