I wonder whats my side project count? I have seen a holiday show, Jake + Bayliss, Omega Moos, North Indiana All Stars, Digital Tape Machine, Brain Damaged Eggmen, Hartliss, and maybe some other Holidaze specific sets in there but never saw Audio Depth Device, Doom Flamingo, Death Kings, Bayysik, and whatever else I’m forgetting. I’d say around 15 side project shows over 19.5 years of seeing them.
I know i have seen a nice handful of moos shows. Dont think i have seen in other side project more than twice.

Ween is my most seen non-jamband. I have been to 8 shows.
Where are we putting the King Gizzard’s and Billy Strings of the world? Ween would still have them beat for me either way, but curious.

Yea, Gizz, for sure. Billy is kinda in that WSP territory where its not really a jamband, but they do the jamband model and the fans are super high.
Edit: I am up to 20 WSP shows now, so they would top Ween, but WSP is probably still jamband enough to fit with the other bands i have wasted my life with.

I’ve only seen two solo Jaar and two Darkside shows but I’ve also seen three Beastie Boys shows.
My ex-gf saw Widespread Panic around 300 times aged 15-30 and she was a gem & mineral dealing weed brokering heady chick that definitely falls into the scene. I’d say Billy does too.

100% in the scene, for sure. Just more known for their catalog of songs as opposed to their ability to improv. I am sure their hardcore fans would both tell me i am wrong.
Maybe like 7-8 holiday shows. Tauking McGee quite a few times. Moos 4-5. BB solo 10. Brendan & Joel a couple times, Brendan and Jake non-holiday show a couple times. Doom flamingo 7-8, Willy Waldman w/ Jake a few times. Hartliss a few times. Fate Nite a few times. Baysik once or twice. Surely am forgetting some.
The War On Drugs 8x and Pearl Jam 7x.

Ive seen Beyonce 8 times.
Then besides jambands and DJs, Its probably metal bands that ive seen the most times. Saw Ozzy 10 times. Maiden probably 10 times. Bunch of hardcore shows in my youth. Idfk

How do we track that? Any UM pre 2012 counts as a jamband. 2019 counts as a jamband. Any other year, non-jamband.
So really Ive only seen like 30 UM jamband shows
