As we normalize AI driven images, it becomes more and more accepted/normal. Slowly but surely, we will drive out humans from making art and just accept AI slop. Starts as gifs/memes…
Anyway - that’s my thoughts.

My wife is an artist and works as an Arts Admin at a local school. I’m fairly passionate about AI fucking over artists. It’s the some of the lowest hanging fruit.
But, sure, minimize it. It’s not a problem unless it comes for your profession, right?

I am so sick of AI; they are shoving Claude down our throats at my job and we have to pretend like it is this exciting thing when obviously the end game is to use it to eliminate labor costs. i am 32 and have already changed careers twice not trying to go through that again at this point of my life.
Anyway sorry for the trauma dump hopefully we can steer the conversation back to hot dogs and whether or not Jake will be at the 2/26/27 show
