I may have to agree with 9/16/2011 at the Calvin. That wappy. Hometown show with all my bois and spun on top of it.
Mountain Jam late night 2011 honorable mention, and late night Lockn 2014. They destroyed the early Lockns, best music I saw all weekend for a couple years by a good margin.

Loser. I was almost at Raleigh but I knew my maxima wouldn’t make it through that ice. Charlotte was fun… was that when they did winston/salem too… that show was a ton of fun.

Ya it was.
I missed Raleigh 13 cause of that ice storm and was super bummed at the time. Couldn’t get out of my driveway and up the hill that day

4/3/09 was my best/favorite attended show and it’s not particularly close.
Seen a lot of standardtown shows with little to no replay value but nothing that was offensively bad. I’ll say 8/9/14 was the worst. Tons of songs I didn’t want to hear and very little improv at a venue I was psyched for them to play. 6/21/13 was a snoozefest too.
It warms my heart to see this thread get some action in the last few days. I enjoy using your input as recs.
