Mixes sound a little better during this Boulder run as well. Hope this trend continues

Threw this one on at work just now, first time listening to them in a minute. Scotty feels very settled in right from the start of this show, definitely playing more confident and aggressive than the previous stuff I’d heard from him (which I still enjoyed). Looking forward to catching them in a couple weeks.

I love the Concessions > 2nd Self > Concessions, it really opens up a whole new world for the setlists if they’re willing to sandwich the new songs rather than dedicate 20+ minutes to some of the compositions each time. Not as new of a song, but they did a Small Strides > Debra > Small Strides last year that kicked ass, too.

Personally I’d love to see the end of Concessions pop up standalone from time to time. It’d be an awesome encore ender vs. the typical ends of AIT, Bridgless, etc. Having a song segue into the ending portion to cap off a show sounds great to me.
