Our buzz won’t let us be..
I’ve been very impressed with Duane so far tonight. I was fairly underwhelmed by him in 2023, but a lot of the reason the jams tonight are connecting 100% instead of 80% is he’s willing to drive them home and do tempo/intensity changes when he needs to. Also very good listening across the band tonight.
EDIT: This is SUCH a stereotypical Saturday night set 2 but they’re about to jam the shit out of this Wappy so I don’t care

This show holds up. ITK>Cut Off is fire, Day Nurse is one the best ones I’ve heard, All In Time boogies, and Wappy>AIT reprise was fantastic. Last night when i was watching, everybody looked like that were having a blast on stage, Bayliss had them hips swinging, and it was cool watching them coach Duane while Duane handled himself rather well. And the crowd seemed like they were there for a good time. Fuck yeah.

It has to, blow for blow, per play, per jam. The sample size is skewed but nearly every NN has some form of jam, so when compared to Day Nurse which is a 60/40 shot to get the treatment, yea, the smaller sample size will win out
