The guys doing the show are getting close to being old white guys themselves.
Despite being the weakest of the 3 shows so far, it was still a decent show. Prowler>2×Fame and Silent Type were my highlights, and Goat was good until it was Nuge’d.
I can’t remember who said something about doing a good amount of bliss peaks lately, but after that we were hit with Crazy Train and Stranglehold jams on the same night, and that kinda yucks my yUM. Plus, Divisions is one that I’d prefer without a >cover>

It was another good show. I felt like for being a nearly 5 song set that seemed like a very abbreviated version/studio version of Divisions as you’re gonna get. Like, thats a song that could be a 1 song set because of how many… Divisions it has. It was a fun sandwich, don’t get me wrong but have to echo thats a song that needs room to find it’s legs
All that said, it’s a good show, JaJunk, Conduit, 2x2, Silent Type, EG all have relisten value
mini jam in CtC and they tried to jam Hiccup but it just seemed like it didnt take off so they defaulted to the next song.
Wws > Jajunk is creative, I enjoyed the changeup of teasing PT II then just leaving it til the end. Pt II is a fun encore, ya know what it is, but you can sit back and enjoy the shred.

He’s also teasing something at 15:55 that I’m blanking on but have definitely heard before.

Haven’t listened back yet but it was more like C- in the moment for me. Riverside being amazing makes this show even worse. Had a blast still but for fuck sakes please stop it with covers/cover teases

I understand how you feel, but i sometimes hope they drop back into their really early years, and turn some song into a jam session of a bunch of teases and samples.
They have literally always done this. Especially in the early '00s. Shows were half covers.
I say it every time Becca gripes about this. UM is a weird band to like if you dont like covers.

There’s a Fir>Kitchen>Fir, 12/1/07, where they go ham for about 10 minutes with classic rock teases, and it’s about 1 of the funnest segments that i enjoy.

Really like how they did the brief return to JaJunk like the old days before dropping into Conduit…they used to do that all the time and it was nice to hear again before going into something else.
