Overall great show and I enjoyed some jams in very unlikely places. Not gonna lie, the encore was super disappointing though.

I guess I just don’t care about their encores much since UM has never really set a precedent as an exciting encore band. I actually thought that one was solidly fun for their standards. Mashup is lame but Kitchen>Soul Foods was a good time.

I know it must have been a good time tonight because @DiabetesCOLE wasnt borting during the show.

Unfortunately he wasn’t at the show tonight. Hope you’re all good buddy.

Show was a ton of fun

I sent @DiabetesCOLE a DM tonight and didn’t get a response, hope he is OK.

Baybay is so boring with his setlists in Chicago, and it’s weird he picks songs where his vocals sound bad.

That said it felt like the band was playing really well. Jake was on one, he and Kris were just crushing it. AIT and Staircase jams were the highlights, Message in a bottle w/ a lil micro jam was also really fun.

Damn this sucks to hear. Really hope Cole is doing alright.

Great to meet @SchladopianFir tho, hope the show made the drive worth it.

So glad you got to go man! No better feeling in the world than GITV to see your fav band. And bort hangs are always top notch from my experience. Batting 1.000 in that department. Hope our paths cross at some point down the road, and hope you have the opportunity to catch many more shows in the future.

It was especially weird to us cuz when we left MKE the first thing I played was Regatta, so the trip started with Message In A Bottle. I had no real reason to throw that album on, so when they started that tune we couldn’t believe what we were hearing. Was sweet that it got a little jam as well. :+1: :sunglasses:

Thank goodness sister Bay was there and they didnt play another Beatles/Duran Duran song.

I wish we would’ve made it down there earlier, but we walked in about 10 mins before UM hit the stage. Would have like to meet either of you guys. Feels odd that I’ve never crossed paths with Bron after all these years…at least not that I recall. Never ran into like half the people I’d wanted to see tonight :man_shrugging:

Pretty solid show. outdoor Salt Shed rocks.

I could do without speakup but not too many complaints overall. Highlights were Staircase, Myers rippin’ vocals (always) and WDCB dropping absolute gems on the ride home.

Glad you had a killer time. I kept my eye out for you but I didn’t have too much time to stumble around pre-show.

Happy to hear the good turn out and reviews. Salt Shed is tight. I would’ve loved to be there if I were in town.

Classic midwest fluff. Glad yall had a good time. Staircase was the only jam that grabbed me, and that song sucks.

Will say that was definitely an UM show though. They played some bangers, and the playing was very solid all around.

can’t believe @SchladopianFir ignored me every time i tried to introduce myself last night
