what are your initial thoughts on the 20+min Front Porch?

Nothing was next level but they didn’t trim any of the fat off. Each spot had a little something, I think jam 2 was the dark-ish one I liked the most

Pretty, pretty… pretty good.

Lol show over before 10pm.

That was quite underwhelming

Anyone know what was cut from S2 & encore?

Definitely a Stasik setlist

Encore looks like it starts with a D. Maybe Draconian?

Yeah that’s what I was thinking too

Des Moines continues to deliver my favorite Umphrey’s shows.

Didn’t love how the 1st set got started. GITV turned that frown upside down. Visions, Kimble, and Thin Air in one set? Yes, please.

In the moment, that Front Porch felt to me like it had saintly patience. I was sure they were going to force a peak or shove a wire hanger in that jam’s twat several times. Quite glad to be wrong. Tribute did Tribute things. Whistle Kids>Nemo was the low point of the entire show for me, but Bad Friday helped me get my groove back (as did a kindly nose beer from a stranger). I thought Driven to Tears was going to be more than it was, given how much time they had left before curfew. Even so, I wasn’t mad about being back to the car before 10pm on a Sunday.

If only I’d have used that extra time for sleep or rest.
